Accessibility

Our commitment to a website everyone can use.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

We want Elderworld to be usable by everyone, including older people and anyone using assistive technology. Accessibility matters to us because it is the heart of what we do.

What we aim for

We build this website with accessibility in mind, working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, that means:

  • Clear, readable type with strong colour contrast
  • Text that scales when you increase your browser’s font size
  • Meaningful headings and structure for screen readers
  • Descriptive text alternatives for images
  • Navigation that works with a keyboard

Work in progress

Accessibility is ongoing, not a one-time fix. We review the site regularly and improve it as we go. Some third-party content, such as embedded videos, may not fully meet every standard, and we work to reduce those gaps.

Tell us

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you have a suggestion, please tell us. We take it seriously and will do our best to help, and to offer the information you need in another form. Email hello@elderworld.co or call +91 96636 41725.

Arrange a first visit.

A care coordinator sits down with you and your parent, face to face, for a short and structured assessment of their health, routines, and what worries you most, then tells you honestly whether Elderworld is a fit. The first visit is no obligation.

What the first visit covers
