What a Concierge does.
Our Concierges are the heart of Elderworld. Not nurses, not household help, and never a replacement for family. They are the person who shows up, who notices, and who holds the everyday: companionship, gentle health awareness, and a real human connection, with the family kept close through daily updates.
The skills can be taught. Empathy is what we look for first.
